Daniel
J. Orchik, Ph.D., CCC-A
Daniel J. Orchik earned his Ph.D. in Audiology from Michigan
State University and has held teaching appointments at several
universities, including the University of Memphis. He currently
serves as a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department
of Otolaryngology at University of Tennessee-Memphis College
of Medicine.
Dr. Orchik has more than 25 years experience in the field
of audiology. He has served in an advisory capacity with a
number of hearing aid manufacturers in the development of
new technologies. He has published over 50 research articles
and book chapters in the areas of hearing loss, hearing aids
and auditory-assistive technology. He is a licensed audiologist,
a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and holds the
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American
Speech, Language and Hearing Association.
